Dear All,
A case of RCR is already in mediation phase in court,and i also send a letter for mediation through auth govt law mediation centres.Earlier she and her father was denying of mediation but later agreed on pressure of the Hnbl Judge of family court.In mediation me and my wife talked and laugh and try to clear missunderstanding,but her father was continously keep on interupting her.Which was even noticed by the appointed mediator.
They didnt show up on the next mediation date,and now had send me a letter through NGO for women.Even in their they all had observed that my FIL is the key person who does not want that my married life continues.I have the phone call recording of the councilor who clearly states that we as a couple had missunderstanding and now my FIL is interfering in reconcilation.Also,they are pressurising me to write a letter of mediation that "I WILL TAKE CARE OF MY WIFE AND CHILD AND I WILL NEVER BEAT HER UP IN FUTURE"which is the brain child of FIL.
What should i do to save my marriage and legally.
PLEASE ADVISE THE COURT CASE IS NEAR.
