meaning of Cost in order

Hello I was respondent in HAMA (Hindu maintenance and adoption Act) application. The order stated. "Application dismissed with cost". There are no details of cost and to be paid by whom . 1) What is meaning of the cost ? 2) And who pays ? 3)Me or the Apllicant ? 4) And what is the amount? Thanks and Regards
