Mcd booked status online.

I am purchasing a property in Rani Bagh right now which is booked by mcd as on 2009 on mcd.advocates site and shows the status booked.
But that was old property that property was demolished and built again by builder in 2017 and as per builder that is cleared by MCD and they have NOC for that, so does that clears the MCD booking as on site it still shows booked as on 2009
