wife was staying in the house allotted to husband by govt. husband left her and gone. wife filed maitenance for child. then husband filed a divorce. after prolonged litigation mutual agreemtn was arrived. tha husband will pay an amount in two istallment duirng first an secoond motion of mutual divorce, wife will withraw meitnance petition and vacate the quarters. First motion was passes on April 2017. wife withddrew maintenace for child. and vacated the quarter. Now husband has not come forward for second motiion. Wife prepared a draft petition for 2nd motions but husband refused to sign. What options are left now? Husband stayes at Paschim Vihar and wife at Noida. ? Can wife again initiate meintence and file case under 498 etc, whther she can file the cases at Noida.
