I have a Problem I would like to share with you all for an answer..
My Father-in-law had acquired a house from his father before 40 years. He demolished old house and construcetd a new large independent house having 3 partitions(house inside) .He has 1 daughter.now he want to give half portion of the indipendent house which has three partions to his married daughter. she has two female kids.. know my husband is afraid that she may create a problem in future for us.. (my husband is younger to her)
let me know what will be the genuine right of a my sister in law.. on my father in law house..
