Marriage registration

Hi Everyone,

I got married on 22 feb 2015 in sonipt , hariyana. I hail from pune maharashtra and my wife is from soniapt . now i want to register my marriage for that do i have to register my marriage in soniapat or i can do it in pune?
If i can do it in pune, what is the procedure i have to follow ?

i have all the required document e.g, address proof, affedevite from both size, certficate of marriage halll and pandit etc.

I would be really great full if i get the information.

should our parents be present during the registration?? is it required? or two of us are enough??

You can register it in the sub registrar office of any of those two places.you need two witness to sign along with both of you before the subregistrar.

The place of marriage will generally be the jurisdiction for registration of marriage. It is better you go ahead with the registration formalities in sonepat itself.
