marriage and divorce and 498A

we both are divorcee. and we started our life through var mala exchange in presence of our parents in hotel room.she don't want to be married as she want job on divorcee staus. she filled many educational form with using her father name after this relationship without mentioned my name any where like bank accounts, allowance form,education form etc.
she gave birth to a baby after 8 month of our relationship. I took all medical expenses of that baby born.
she not coming in my home .it is marely 7 days when she lived with me. now she filing 498a 406,323,341 case against me.and demanding 10 lakh.
I m in doubt whether child is mine or not. how to her rid of her

The title of the query was;

How such changes are made!

The querist is femal as in some query.

IN other threads querist is male.

You don’t want to live with whom husband ( Male) or wife ( female).

In many threads IT is live in relationship and not the marriage.

Male is ready to give maintenance to female and child.

So what is the issue!

Accept the offer on amicable/reasonable/mutually accepted terms and close the matter once for all.

If you had not copulated with female and child was not premature then place the record before your own LOCAL counsel and court and cooroborate that child is not yours.

Or pray to court to perform DNA test.

As far as giving away the child is concerned ask your LOCAL counsel about procedure of giving the child away in adoption or otherwise with/without consent of biological father..

Also go thru material placed at website of CARA.

Father is natural guardian.Minor child may remain with mother.

If conduct of mother is not goofor welfare of child court may award the custody/guardianship to father.

If in court IT is proved child is not yours you have NO say in the matter of child of a woman that is neither your wife nor live in partner.
