Whether an Inspector of Police who has conducted an investigation regarding an attempted fraud in a bank branch and has filed charge-sheet in the court where the trial is underway can be made to depose as Management Witness in the departmental enquiry of the same connected matter. Is it not sub-judice and is there any rulings forbidding this practice?

Only the bank representative can depose as Management witness.
