malicious prosecution

Sr
I was prosecuted for 498A and DV Act. All cases has been dismissed at trial court and appellate court. I want to claim damages. Will I have to pay court fee for damages

yes you have to pay Court fee.

Yes, court fees needs to be paid; the rate of court fee varies from State to State.

Although you may file any case you will have to pay Court Fees as applicable for compensation or defamation (Civil or Criminal) yet it will not succeed.

What is opinion/advise of your lawyer who is well aware about facts and circumstances of the case, successfully managed desired relief for you and an able, competent and intelligent enough to guide you properly ??

On the other hand you must not rely upon the obligation (FREE OF COST) of experts on this platform as their opinion and advise is bound to be based on limited facts posted by you, you will appreciate.

However, if  you feel strong it is advisable to consult another local prudent lawyer with relevant records/case file for proper appreciation, guidance and proceeding.
