My parents did file maitanance case only on me, in RDO(Revenue Divisional Officer) office .
But my parents have 2 children's, me and my sister(both are married).

Both of you must help your parents for their minimum amenities like hospital treatment expenses also. It is the children duty to see parents welfare.
