Maintenance revised order

Respected experts

Maintenance order was issued in 2010 till 2024 regular maintenance paid as per ghe orders of Honble court..  Recenlly she approached the husband employer and given complain that husband is not paying maintenance amount. Now my query is that in the orders of 2010 no name of employer and no orders issued to deduct from salary (as the husband dint joined the job till 2024) ...can the employer deduct salry with out directions of honble court.

No. Employer has no any right to deduct maintenance amount from employee's salary without any specific order of court.

Yes.  The employer cannot stop one's salary without any order of the court.

Very well analysed, opined and advised by learned senior experts, I concur.

You may seek proper direction from the court to the employer qua deduction of maintenance amount from his salary, if you are interested.
