Maintenance for a girl child

Please advocates give me a clue regarding my attached file. Am I eligible to file a maintenance case for my daughter or do I have to wait till she becomes 18? The attached divorce decree ( only part of it) happened in the year 2013, I got remarried . Is it possible to file in behalf of my daughtet

yes, you can  claim from earlier husband for your daughter.
