Maintenance allowance under sec 125 Crpc

Can I approach high court to give directions to family court for speedy disposal of the case as all the court proceedings have been completed for last almost six months and the judge is just delaying the case on some pretext or other. please advise

Yes you can approach in form of writ petition.

i have no job afterwards family court ordered to me to pay rs 15000

i am not in position to pay this huge amount of maintenance allowance under crop 125 i.e. rs 10000 per month and rs 2000 per month in dv12 for rent as interim. may i ask it is necessary to move in high court or wait for final/permanent allowance.
