If she is educated does she have job?  no right? So u have to give allimonni to her. thats all, or do one thing, get her some private company job which she can join, tell in court that she is capable of doing job and that you out of your refernces can get her a job provided she attends so and so interview.  That is one way to deal with this messy situatoin.  apart from that if you dont want to pay her alllimonee you can as well not go to court at all, just dont get caught thats all.  all the best.

What are her qualifications? But U have to pay for UR daughter whether UR wife is employed or not.

She has qualified MSc, MPhil, maths before marriage. After marriage she has completed B. etc maths during maintenance case and she is working is private college as assistant professor. But she lied in court she is not working and lied about her higher qualification. Her working college is approved by AICTE and approved by Anna University. I went college to want her bona-fide certificate, but the college has refused to give me the details. Please help me, how can I proud she is working. If any possible to give notice to college about her working proof through court or get details about her through RTI act.
