maintanance

she filed DVC... i did nt attend. she got order.. i software. court ordered to pay 3Lakhs as compensation nd each 15k to her and minor child per month. i did nt payed .. 6months over.. now she filed maintaince petition... i got notice from court... if i did nt attend court wat will happen... if i attend i have to pay the amount.. or i can bring stay... plz tell me...

Dear querist,

You cannot run away from orders from court, as courts have other ways to bring you to court in case you dnt participate in case.

Engage a local advocate than take suitable action for reduction of amount.

You should obey the court order and if you are not satisfied with orders then you can file revision petition against the order. For more details you can contact me on 9172323568
