Dear Sir
I am living independent house for rent. There they are asking maintanance for the house as Rs.200/-. Our house owner is not willing to pay the amount. Last week we suffered without water and I informed this issue tohouseowner. She said that why we have to pay? but the watchman told me madam you have to pay the maintainance then only I can give water for you. He will give water when there is scarcity for water. and My question is that who have to pay the maintainance charges tenants or the house owner.? Pl. ler me know?
