Maintainability of revision when 156(3) to complaint case

Dear All,

Whether revsion is maintainable against an order of magistrate treating application of 156(3) Cr.P.C to complaint case.

Yes sir revision is maintainable, but i suggest if your case is on documentary evidence or do not require police intervention then go for S.200 CrPC, than going for revision.
