hi, my mother had brought a piece of non used agricultural (0.036) ( 3.6 gunthe) land through registered sale dead and constructed a house. now grampanchayat says that your sale dead is illegal and prohibited under tukade bandi act 1949 of maharashtra. and forcing to remove the construction but she got 8 A extract from grampanchayt and had paid some tax for the house property. how does this can be stoped. any other acts or rules could save us.
