MACP Execution Petition

in one Motor accident claim Judgment the award amount has to be paid by all the opponents jointly or severly. but petitioner has filed execution against only Opponent 1 ..he has not filed against other 2 members. so what is the remedies against this kind of case.?

If an amount has to paid severally, any one of the several can be chosen at the discretion of the claimant. The one from whom it is claimed can claim their share from the others who are jointly liable.
