I have lost my pen drive which having soft copy of my xerox sale deed and loan sanctioned letter, and the person who got my pen drive he called me as sanctioned letter having my phone number and he wants to return my Pendrive but my question is if he copy my all soft copy , is there any chance to further misuse of my documents and if so then please tell me how to precaution for the same

Ji, to me he is correct person. so he called you and giving your pen drive. If he were mischievous he will not call you. think yourself.
