Look out circular - should it be in case file?

I have a 498a case pending against me and I am currently abroad (not on bail till now). Chargesheet has been deposited by police in court and case file is there(there have been a few dates in court as well). Now, I am not sure if at any point of time court/police issued Look out circular against me. Is it necessary that if Look-out-circular was issued, police would inform the court and hence the same would be present in case file? Basically, if the case file does not mention a look-out circular, is it safe to assume that none exists?

Tell your advocate to submit a memo for appearing through video conference, since you are in abroad. Not possible to come. Let judge will decide about your submiission.

Besides that if you are thinking to come back to your country...u can apply for transit bail first.
