The bank filed a false cheque bounce case ,and a civil suit, in the lokadalat the bank i aggred to settle the two cases and the bank aggred to withdraw the cheque bounce case, but the bank is prosicuting me by violating the adalat award, do i bind by the award while the bank violated its aggrement.
