Lok nyayalaya

Dear Mr. Mukesh,  Lok Nyayalaya in otherwords is known as Lok Adalat, if I am right. It is an alternate court where the suit filed in the normal court is transferred when both the parties agree for a compromise. It is to reduce the burden of civil courts where number of suits pile up like mountain when the parties agree for a compromise. But, be careful. Using the loop hole, some people play dirty trick and don't fall as a victim to the trap laid. As far as location of the Lok Adalats, you approach the nearest court for further details.

it is like a consent term in lok adalat.

both parties to sgn the consent, and is in form of order. there is nothing special.  Only  that it is quick remedy, to reduce litigation, provdd both party want to settle their dispoute. 

if ant parrty have objection, lok adalat is heplless
