Lender/gurantor details of mortgage property

Hello Experts I need your urgent help. I have recently joined a property broking company. As a legal professional doing LSR I would seek your help where in to know the following details from ROC website a) Details of the mortgage property for eg: if a company has taken a pledged a immovable property at what location and in whose name is the said property. b)a) Details of the guarantors for a given loan by a bank for eg: if a company takes a loan on book debts or movable property who is the guarantor. If this is available as a paid service on ROC website what is the procedure for getting the details and approximately what is the amount charged by ROC.
