Legally cutoff from parents and family

I am 31 year old adult.

To cut the long story short, My parents and family have physically, verbally, emotionally and psychologically abused me and have also destroyed my personal life.

Is there any law in India where in can legally separate from my parents?.

Although its not important.....I don't want a single paisa of my fathers property. I want to legally cutoff from them. Is it possible in this country?.

If you are able to maintain yourself independently, you can  make a firm decision of coming out of the house and stay away without letting them know about your whereabouts after that.  This is how you can handle the issue. Law has got nothing to do with this.

Only Courts can give divorce between wife and husband.

BUT between Parents and Children there is nothing like legally cut off because it is a blood relationship.

Court intervention is not required. You can publish in newspapers that you have cut off all the relations with your............and not responsible for their acts/ behaviour etc.  You can lead your life in your way, law has nothing to do in this regards
