Legal validity of speed post delivery report on internet

Normally, speedpost delivery report generated on is considered to be sufficient evidence of delivery. But today I have evidence of fake backdated delivery report of speedpost by showing it to be delivered yesterday despite actual delivery today after complaint by email to suprintendent of local speedpost booked on 13-11-2016.  [ speedpost no ER903727256IN.]

In such condition of backdated entry showing yesterday delivery display on indiapost website, can such delivery report is legally valid/admissible as evidence of delivery. Please suggest.

You can in addition:

Also apply for POD from Sub Postmaster (Free) and certified copy of run sheet of Postman ( against Rs.10/-)...............

Also aply under RTI for both.

Tempering is fraud.

PO can also lodge complaint u/s 420....

Simple academic issue. Whether the letter was delivered or not is the issue.  A mere mistake in entering data may not be a serious one to doubt about the delivery.

Sir, Proof of posting has evidentiary value, hence articles should be posted either per Speed or Registered post through Indian Postal Department, which is a legally recognized agent. Date of delivery is irrelevant. Good luck, Kishor Mehta
