legal heirs of Muslims

Who are legal heirs of Muslims...? For settlement of death claim of the amount standing in the bank account of deceased without leaving nominee

Banks are not governed by Muslim Personal Law Board. If there is a nominee he will get it and distribute it amongst legal heirs.
