legal heir certificate

We are 3 daughter and my mother passed away, both my sister are married and settled abroad. I'm only daughter staying in India. In the same I want to transfer my house into my name. Both my sisters HV no objection to the same. How cab I proceed in the same. I am a Muslim though my mother left a gift deed in my favour. Please guide

is your mother gifted the entire property to you? is it registered? if not , both of your sisters for their share may execute a release/relinquishment deed in your favour and get it be registered. it is for information.
