Iam the defendant in the case were we had purchased the house our previous vedor son filed the case after 35 yrs after the death of their parents for a passage were single lr filed the suit without consulting the 8 members our lawyer in cross asked pw1 about GPA but he said that I have GPA in my home without providing to court but know he has filed Plaintiff files IA No.10 under Order 1 Rule 10(2) read with section 151 of CPC to bring the proposed plaintiffs on record. he has made false statement that he has GPA at his home what to be done at this stage pl's suggest me any idea that helps me thankyou
