I undertsand that Leave and Licence agreements are governed by The India Easement Act
However, is the Indian easement act applicable through out India (Except J &K) ?
In the act, local extent has been mentioned (madras, central governed places and some states like karnatraka, A.P. Maharashtra etc ect) ), but I want to know whether it is applicable in states not mentioned in the section.
For me, it is very confusing. Can the experts throw light?
