Leave & License Agreement in Jaipur

I want to know whether I can give a property both residential as well as commercial on License under Leave & License Agreement in Jaipur(Rajasthan).

If yes, what ids the process for the same:

Where does the agreement registration happens?
How much stamp duty will be payable?
What are the min & max tenures for licensing?

Answer to your querry is as under Where does the agreement registration happens? Notarised agreement through notary or at registrar office of your place. How much stamp duty will be payable? normally on Stamp paper of Rs. 100/-. What are the min & max tenures for licensing? it can be as per your terms and conditions, but normally minimum period kept is 11 months. Regards
