Plase Guide me in an issue ...
One person took land on lease of 99 years from Govt in Chhattisgarh. Now the person is no more.
And Family wants to change the name of the owner to the wife of the same person.
but here Govt people say they have to go on as a fresh procedure that is they have to do the registry of the land from todays date but some say that HIndu Act will work here and the name will be changed from Husband to WIfe with just nominal charges.
Kindly help regarding the same.
