Leagality in hindu marriage or special marriage act

Hi,

I have tried to draw my whole family tree, to find out that what we are going to do, is valid under the law?

Please see the print-screen attached. ( In diagram, I am ' S' )

1) Our Grand Grand Father has 4 son and 2 Daughter and so on.. ( Please see the diagram )

2) P is already Married to Z

3) I ( ' S ' ) want to Marry 'X'

is it valid under law to marry X

Please help.
