A civil case is imposed on me in small cause court and the appelent lost the case, he again file an apele in high court,
I have not much money and the lawyer's are demanding much at kolkata,
can i ask the court about it and ask them to provide me a lawyer

If you have low income and not able to pay lawyers fee, you can submit your low income certificate and file a petition for appointment of a lawyer court may consider your case.
