A adminitrator of a co-op housing scty was appointed, who had committed forgery, criminal breach of trust,
and mis used the fund of the society. Thereafter the members of the society filed acomplaint against the
administator to the Sub-registrar . the Sub -registrar did not take any action nor given the reply.
