Last date for submission of application if it falls on a holiday

Sir, If the last day of submission of application form for a central Government job falls on a holiday (Gazetted holiday), then will it automatically be on the next working day? please provide appropriate Government orders allowing such. As one of the advertisement the last date of the submission of the application mentioned as "30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement" and it falls on a Sunday. Nothing has been mentioned about fixed date as the last date. Pl. give valuable information along with appropriate government orders in this regard which substantiate that the next day will be the last day if falls on a holiday. Thanking You, Dr M M Rao
