Land mafia

We bought our property in 1956 after the Zamindari Abolition Act 1952 which meant we have to mutate our property with City Board only being in the AABAADI and not the Patwari, this is what the Tehsildar told us. Then a mafia constituting of lawyers+ tehsildar+ local administration+ police changed our land revenue records and started threatening us to vacate our rightfully owned family home in violation of our fundamental rights guaranteed by the Indian Constitution. We complained to the Chief Minister and he ordered the the DM to reverse the order, which he did. We requested the Governor for a CBI inquiry which she recommended. Nothing happened as there were many vested interests. We asked the Chief Ministers anti corruption cell to take action through CBI. Nothing happened!! The Supreme Court order says that such complaints should be taken up by the Govt within 3 months. Media like Zee Helpline too donot take cognisance of such cases as they seem to be involved too, if not so, why do they wash their hands off their social commitment and responsibility? In our case years have passed!! Should we take recourse through the High Court and seek a CBI inquiry or keep waiting for the CM's anti corruption cell to react?
