Land law of west bengal

My mother have sold around 1.00 acre of land in West Bengal with proper legal L.R. Parcha taken from local BL& LRO office which is in the name of grandfather of my mother. My mother is only legal heir of her grandfather and her father and the mutation has also been done by the party. Now when we see C.S. Parcha there is no right shown of my mother’s grandfather in that property. My question is that now what type of legal trouble can I face ? have I did any illegal ? It is also noted that in R.S Parcha, it is shown that my mother’s father has a right to the property. Please answer me.
