I have purchased a few acres of agricultural land from old owner. After that, when I took 7/12 of my name, I see that one lady's name is appearing the column of "Jamin Kasnaryache nav". Physically she has not been cultivating the land. But I understand that she has build a temp house on this land. I have paid full money to the original owner. Now she has put a case in the tehsil court asking for her ownership on that land. we took the old details of 7/12, her name is appearing since 1990. Can she claim the owner ship? how much?
