we have a ancestral land in outskits of chennai..
it was a natham land classified under odai maduvu..so wo have some penal charges receipt notices paid for it betwe 1999-2005.and after that we stopped getting such notices and all of a sudden in 2010, the local town panchayat came over and put a baord on the land saying thta it wants to acquire the land for buliding some social gathering..
is this legal..how to defend this.
as far this property goes, my father purchsed it during 1993 in terms of writing.. ther is no patta or registered docuemnt yet for it...
please advise,is this something that is worth for me to pursue?
i am defintely looking for a strong civil lawyer, that could promise me with getting a strong injuction order for the above...after reviwing the case fully above,.
