Hi,
I am Narayan, born and brought up in mumbai. I have a agricultural land in my village (pune district) which is brought by my father in 1976. In village that time no one was serious about 7-12 or any other document to confirm the deal. Everything was by giving words. We are cultivating this land since then, but now we come to know that this land is on other persons name and he is thretening us to sell the land.
Please guide me what to do.
