Hello Sir,
I would like to know what is the inception date of Land development agreement and whether is it necessary to ask from the builder while purchasing a flat?
Without this agreement, none of the banks are giving home loan so what is the importance of this agreement or is there any other alternate?

In your case if there is Development agreement, you can ask to the Builder for Inspection of the same, if he is not showing one or other reason in that case you find out from the local authorities about sanctioned of Plan of the Building and Occupation Certificate, if it is Ok in such case you may proceed for Home loan.
The bank can consider the your application on the basis of sanctione plan and O.C.
