There is an electricity post in my father's land which is the connection to my uncle's home.We had requested the electricity board to change it's location to their land.As the officers came to change it, my uncle insists that he wouldn't let it be done so that the officers doesn't work on a disputed boundary case unless it is resolved.How can a legal action be taken .
