Land Aquisition

Wanted to buy a property belonging to public trust which is under bombay public trust and is of "B" category which probably is islamic trust so kindly help me with needed permissions from legal point of view to buy the land from the trust. All the trustees are ready to sell out.. Suggest me what to do.

Under Bombay Public Trust,the trust has to seek permission u/s 36 to obtain previous permission for selling the trust property.. If the trust is islamic trust,then it could be wakf property and under that also the previous permission of the wakf board is tobe obtained.

If you can help me out with the procedure of seeking permission from waqf board? That would be of big help to me. Procedure of seeking permission from charity commissioner has been initiated but i dont have any idea about the procedure of waqf permission.
