Land Acquisition

Is there any provision in Land Acquisition Act 2013 or NH Act 1956 for compensation, if damage caused by NH construction work like landslides and other disaters after completion of the work. We are facing such issue, we lost our cultivation land and structures. But NHIDCL are not willing to pay such cost of damaged.

Quick Summary

A writ petition can be filed by any person whose Fundamental Rights have been infringed by the State. Under a Public Interest Litigation, any public-spirited person may file a writ petition in the interest of the general public even if his own Fundamental Right has not been infringed.
