Dear Sir,
I have a 10 acres land given top a person from 10-11 years on lease now i am fearing that he will take over it under KUL kayada known in Maharashtra.
I request u all to tell me what is kul kayada?to whom it is applicable? is it possible to get my land back? after how many years it is applicable in the favour of the person who had taken the land on lease?
