Undersigned was married in 2009, the marriage was arranged through jeevensathi .com .Immediately a day after marriage went to honeymoon , during the period it was noticed that my sweet better half was not behaving properly with me on the plea that the marriage has taken place forcibly by my great FIL and I am not going to stay more ,during this period my sweet wife was very much aggressive and used filthy languages and kept me deep tension .After seven days of honeymoon I together with sweet wife return with heavy hearts and went to my duty place leaving her to my parents as no accommodation was provided to me by my employer at that time .I used to visit my parents house after each 15 days regularly in which it was noticed that my wife is not keeping good relation with my parents too and used to threaten them with harsh words .After 2 months I took her with me and kept in hostel(one room ) which was provided to me by my employer .By the time the relation between us was very much strain and tensed due to her habit of quarreling daily on very silly matters (which I am unable to disclosed in this forum) .One fine morning during arguments she ranged her parents and asked them to come and take her without any reason ,I also reciprocated the same to my parents. In this way my sweet wife left my house (Hostel) leaving a written consent that she is leaving her own and no one should be held responsible .She was with me for one week and total two months after marriage .After a month/two her father was contacted by my jijajii but refused to send her daughter resulting my father contacted several local lawyers, they suggested to move a case of separation, by the time we have gathered much about my sweet wife so we moved to Honb. Lower court(Kutumb Nayalya ) for regularizing the separation under section IPC13(due to lack of knowledge about law the case was registered under Section IPC 13 by my lawyer ,instead of under section IPC 9) and the case was cancelled after one year as it was not a matured case .

In the mean time my dearest sweet wife with her father filed a case of false 498a along with 120B, 323,504,506, and 406 with the help of forged documents against me, my parents, my sisters and my jijaji by a lower court of UP .As per rule in UP the stay against arrest was taken by Allahabad High Court, the stay was granted by Honb.Court on the ground “a rupees of twenty Lacs may be given to my sweet wife and she will get me divorced “.

For cancellation of stay by Honb. High Court opposite party had submitted two numbers of papers which in the first instance seems forged resulting an application for auothensity was send to local SP office through RTI, it was confirmed that the FIR is forged and seal of the local Thana is being made manually in 2010 and suggested by the SP office a suitable case of forgery may be registered against opposite party .The opposite party has managed the false 498a case through Honb. Lower court by using IPC 156/3 with the forged documents.

Five years have been passed false 498a etc.case is running now in lower court of UP, witness process from opposite party is going on but from the last two /three dates no one from the opposite party is turning to submit the witness ,it is needless to say that as for our knowledge goes no any witness is being submitted in the court till date .In between some body from our behalf(my one relative) approached to my FIL once to know his intention ,which was only to see all my family members behind the bars and extortion of rupees twenty lacs.

We have also moved a petition through my lawyer to registered a case of forgery under section IPC 129B,420,465,466,467,468,469 and 34 against the papers which we have received through RTI .Four or five dates have expired the local police have submitted a report asked by the court against the forged papers” Compromises between the parties is in progress and the RTI report is Correct” it seems that the local police is playing under my great FIL hand and is not taking the case seriously as there is no any compromises is in progress, they are only twisting the matter.

This is my entire story in a nut shell, please guide me on the points and other valuable points from your’s end if any which will save my and my family life’s …………………

Steps of lower court especially for UP for false IPC 498a & etc.
Forgery case under different sections-------: from when and how will be imposed to opposite party.
What will be the effects on IPC 498a and others if forgery case is active?
Under what circumstance all the cases can be shifted to UP high court Allahabad or to some other state High Courts.
What will be my future as undersigned is single for my parents.
Citations for similar cases or any links regarding such type of False FIR cases may kindly be provided /suggested so that I can get rid of my cases at the earliest.
