Kidney failure condition asking resign

Sir , I joined a private MNC in Feb 2017 , sales and marketing as RSM, on 26 August while on tour I had infection and after biocy and test found kidneys are dameged need transplant . I asked them I can work as per doctor certificate but they are asking resignation , and don't want to give single penny . What is law , on which section I can ask compensation and how much ?

You are not entitled to any compensation, except reimbursement of medical expenses for your treatment as per the medical policy of the company.

Company did not given any medical or mediclaim I made my treatment by my own mediclaim policy . Is is legally wrong by company not having medical policy?

Do you any irrefutable written record of demand/coercion for resignation?

Does medical record sufficiently establish, without any doubt that your organs are damaged due to infection/disease that your contracted while on duty?
