I want to know dual nature of both provisions which create quite confusions. According to Juvenile Justice Act Sex with girl below 18 is a offence regardless of single or married. But there is clause in criminal amendment act , Sex with wife above 15 year is not rape and no offence committed. Which shall apply for me.?. Can I consumate relationship with 15 year wife and procreate children. Can I booked under juvenile Justice Act , if yes can I use criminal amendment act to quash my offence. Let me know . Can I have healthy relationship with my fifteen year old wife? . Thanx.
