If a Father with several Chidren and the only bread winner of the family murdered his Wife by burning for what ever reasons it may be, should the Prosecution and the Court show leniency to such murdereder on humnitrin grounds for the sake of Children and their welfare and their nfuture?

In my opinion No leanancy in murder case. Children can be kept in orphanage.
